Hi I'm Victoria Valentine!

I have been blogging since 2008 but my previous blog disappeared somehow. I wanted to start over anyway since I got married and added a new addition to our family! I'm married to Matthew, and we have an adorable son, Levi. He is our light shining in this grey world we live in.

I am a lover of Christ and I want this blog to implement on my relationship with Him, to encourage others to either grow closer to God or become a believer altogether.

I have a passion for journaling my thoughts and prayers, so this is a great way for me to share my love for that with blogging. This is my way of letting you see not only my love for Christ, but our sometimes crazy yet amazing new experiences with parenting. I love everything there is to being a Mommy. From the messy house you don't get to clean for a few days, to those quiet moments rocking your beautiful baby to sleep and forgetting all about your problems. I love it all. And let's not forget being a wife. Matthew & I love our son, but we also love our quiet dinner dates and keeping the fire burning. 

I come from a big family with four sisters and one brother, and I'm the youngest. Between all of us, we have thirteen kids now including Levi, who's the youngest of all of them. I love opening up our home to have family events or even just for a cup of coffee.

In these stories I share with you, I want to be real and honest about all the ups and downs of motherhood, being a Christian, marriage, and all the things in between.
